Restaurants want to be successful and grow — but not at the expense of their connection with customers. So we wanted to show restaurants that they can use DoorDash to provide online customers with the same unique, high-quality hospitality their in-store customers know and love.
The Behind the Order campaign highlights the dedication and attention to detail of merchants through the eyes of their customers. I led the copywriting for this campaign, from overarching messaging to the scripts for these two spots.
